Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 80% of the scheduled service price.

Restoration Massage Clinic provides personalized, assessment-driven massage therapy based on your individual needs and goals.

Services include therapeutic and medical massage, sports and recovery-focused massage, TMJ-focused work, lymphatic massage, relaxation massage, and mobile massage.

Rather than using the same routine for every client, your session is customized based on what you're experiencing, how you're moving, and what you would like to accomplish.

Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your health history, current concerns, symptoms, and goals for the session.

When appropriate, your therapist may also evaluate things such as posture, range of motion, movement, and areas of muscular tension or restriction. This helps guide the session and determine which techniques may be appropriate for you.

After treatment, we may reassess your movement or symptoms to see how your body responded. When appropriate, we'll also discuss recommendations for future sessions or simple self-care strategies you can use between appointments.

Our goal is to understand what's contributing to the problem—not simply provide the same massage to every client.

Clients visit Restoration Massage Clinic for many different reasons, including:

Neck and shoulder tension, upper and lower back discomfort, muscle tightness and restricted mobility, headaches associated with muscular tension, hip and leg tightness, sports and exercise recovery, overuse and repetitive-work tension, postural and movement-related muscular imbalances, TMJ and jaw-related muscular tension, general stress and relaxation, and maintaining mobility and physical performance.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If your symptoms suggest that evaluation by another healthcare professional may be appropriate, we may recommend that you speak with your physician or another qualified provider.

In many cases, massage can be adapted for pregnancy. Your therapist will discuss your stage of pregnancy, health history, current symptoms, and any relevant medical concerns before beginning the session.

Positioning, pressure, and techniques may be modified for your comfort and safety. Certain medical conditions or pregnancy complications may require medical clearance or make massage inappropriate.

If you have a high-risk pregnancy or have been advised to limit certain activities, please speak with your healthcare provider before scheduling.

Assessment-driven massage means your session is tailored to what your body needs rather than following the same routine every visit.
